About Vadziyivemoto

Vadziyivemoto is an independent, non-partisan project cataloguing publicly documented records in Zimbabwe. It combines procurement intelligence with public accountability.

The project maintains two public trackers. The first catalogues every government tender award published on Zimbabwe's national PRAZ eGP portal. The second catalogues publicly documented gifts made by businessman Wicknell Chivayo, sourced from his own social media posts and from mainstream Zimbabwean news coverage.

Purpose

The purpose of the trackers is to make public records searchable, verifiable, and useful to bidders, journalists, researchers, and citizens. Every record links back to its original source so that any figure can be independently checked.

Sourcing

Records are drawn from official government portals, mainstream news coverage, and public statements by the subjects themselves. Records are marked as confirmed, pending, or declined based on the strength of available sourcing. Unconfirmed claims are never presented as fact.

Independence

Vadziyivemoto is not affiliated with any government body, political party, or organization named within its records. The project is independently compiled and does not accept funding from any entity it catalogues.
