Methodology & Sourcing Standards
Every record in every tracker here is built to the same standard, regardless of which topic it covers:
- Sourced from public records, official government portals, mainstream news coverage, or public statements by the subjects themselves
- Each record links to its original source, so every figure can be independently checked
- Records are marked confirmed, pending, or disputed based on the strength of available sourcing, unconfirmed claims are never presented as verified fact, and never counted toward site-wide totals until confirmed
- Estimated values for gifted vehicles or property are based on the Zimbabwean market price at the date of the gift, clearly flagged as estimated in each record. All other figures are drawn from the cited source.
- Errors are corrected when found, this is a living record, not a finished one
